Property Manager

Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Klawock Heenya Corporation is recruiting for a Property Manager position.  This is a full-time, non-exempt position.   The position is responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial and residential properties, Land owned by KHC, as well as all aspects of operations at the Klawock River Inn.  The position will provide leadership and strategic planning.  Support of our services, maximized operations, and guest satisfaction. Will work very closely with KHC’s CEO and GM.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly intelligent professional with outstanding management skills and extensive hands-on experience. Available to work when needed, which may include weekends and evenings. 

1.   Management or a related field with experience in opening, managing, or re-positioning a business with a clear track record

2.   Excellent computer system skills 

3.   High level of organization and attention to detail

4.   Strong verbal and written communication skills

5.   Performs other duties as assigned

6.   HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent

7.   Valid Alaska Driver’s License
